Angela is a licensed psychotherapist who believes that healing begins with genuine connection and self-understanding. She provides a warm, peaceful space where clients can explore their experiences, uncover strengths, and build the tools needed to create meaningful change. Her approach is collaborative and compassionate, drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. She tailors each session to meet her clients where they are, helping them develop insight, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of self-trust.
At the core of her work is the belief that therapy should feel like a partnership– supportive, authentic, and empowering.
Angela has client-centered interdisciplinary experience working with individuals of varying intersectional identities, mental health conditions, and co-occurring substance use disorders. She studied psychology during her undergraduate education at The New School and graduated from New York University with her Master’s in Social Work. She later received her LMSW licensure from the Association of Social Work Board.
