Ericha Lutter received her master’s degree in counseling for mental health and wellness from New York University. Utilizing a psychodynamic approach, while drawing from several evidenced based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Solution Focused Therapy— Ericha offers comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals across all stages of life. She brings experience from various mental health settings including nonprofit community centers, adult residential treatment centers, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice.
Ericha is part of Principium’s Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy team, where she joins our expert ketamine clinicians in providing the complementary psychological therapy to the ketamine experience. She brings her deep clinical knowledge to assist patients in receiving the full benefit from ketamine therapy. Ericha employs insight oriented, mindfulness based, and internal systems approaches to maximizing the ketamine therapy experience.
Ericha believes therapy offers far more than a ‘way to cope’ with anxiety, fear, or constant overthinking. She provides a space to recognize patterns, challenge what’s no longer serving you, and start moving forward on your own terms. During sessions you’ll develop short and long-term goals, realign actions with your core values, and reconnect with the version of yourself that feels most grounded and true. Meaningful therapy is founded upon genuine trust and connection. You bring your lived experience; Ericha will bring tools and perspective. Together, you’ll build habits that help you step back into your life with more confidence, clarity, and self-worth. Curiosity, creativity, and a bit of humor are important parts of every session— because therapy should feel human, not clinical. Ericha’s approach is intentional and collaborative, using personalized strategies to both empower you and help you grow.
